It also depends on your enemies. While Pulse with Scorch does great damage over a rather long range, it is almost pure EM, which can be bad in some cases.

Change the Laser Bonus to a HAM Damage or RoF Bonus and it is done. For the RP lolz, they could say, the upgrade was a gift from the Khanid when the got their seat in the council back. ^^

I never had the need for a dual-LAR Tank on a Dominix. For Mordus Headhunters and AE Bonus room I fit an additional Medium Armor Rep II, but that is it. I always have my five Dread Gurista 350mm Guns fitted.

With Heavy Missiles, I would think about using the Warp Speed subsystem. Even without the Fuel Catalyst your AB speed will be over 500 m/s, while the Warp Speed subsystem could significantly decrease your traveling time between agent and missions.

In my oppinion it's just not worth it. There is a long list of disadvantages for low sec mission running: you can't (or shouldn't) use your pimped-out faction BS/Marauder, so you will be slower doing the missions you can't go afk at any time ...

With the next patch (December) the Navy Apoc also gets more powergrid and CPU, so it will be much easier to fit.

Did you always move with the same speed while tanking? Because the guristas room means almost only damage thru missiles and your speed, especially with a Tengu, can make a major difference there.
